Importing your policies
Columns, dates, the preview, and undoing an import.
Upload the CSV or Excel file you keep today, with one policy per row. Your file stays as it is: you match its columns to ours with the dropdowns, and we guess most of them for you. Columns you don't match are left out. Next time a file laid out the same way comes in, your choices are remembered.
No spreadsheet yet? Start from our blank one, in Settings, Data.
Dates like 03/04/2026 can mean March 4 or 3 April. We work it out from your file when we can, and ask when we can't. A date that only makes sense one way round, like 25/03/2026, is read that way.
The preview tries the import and tells you exactly what will happen: clients and policies to add, policies already here that will be updated, and rows that will be skipped, with why. Download the skipped rows, fix them, and import them again.

Changed your mind? Settings, Data, Past imports: Undo, for 30 days. What it added goes to Recently deleted, and what it changed goes back to how it was, unless someone has edited it since.
