Acceptable Use Policy

Renewal Book is shared by many agencies, so a few rules keep it safe and working for all of them. This policy is part of the Terms of Service. Don’t use Renewal Book to:

• break any law or regulation, or anyone’s rights, including privacy, insurance, consumer-protection and anti-spam laws;
• store information you have no right to hold, or keep information you’re required to delete;
• send email that the recipients haven’t agreed to receive or wouldn’t reasonably expect from your agency;
• upload malware, or files meant to harm the people who open them;
• try to access another agency’s data, or any part of the service you haven’t been given access to;
• probe, scan, load-test or attack the service without our written permission (we welcome responsible reports of security issues at i.shulha@renewal-book.com);
• copy, reverse engineer or resell the service, or get around plan limits, without our agreement;
• share one person’s sign-in with others. Add them as people instead.

If something breaks this policy, we may remove the content or suspend the account. Except where the law prevents it or it’s needed to prevent harm, we’ll tell you why and give you a chance to fix it.
