Pricing questions
Is there a contract?
No. Monthly plans are month to month; yearly plans are paid for the year. Cancel any time from Settings, and your plan runs to the end of what you've paid.
What happens after the free 30 days?
If you haven't chosen a plan, your agency moves to Free Start. Nothing is deleted or locked: over Free Start's limits, you can still see, work and export everything; adding more waits until you upgrade.
Why per agency, not per person?
Because adding a CSR shouldn't raise your software bill. Each plan includes people, and one more is $15 a month, or $150 once on a Founding Lifetime plan.
What's a view-only person?
Someone who can see everything but not change it, such as a part-time helper or an accountant. They don't count as people who make changes.
Do you help with the import?
The import is self-serve and free: upload your spreadsheet, check the preview, and it's in. If something doesn't fit, write to us.
How does Founding Lifetime work?
You pay once and keep that plan, with its limits, for as long as you use it, including updates and hosting. If it isn't right for you, ask within 60 days for a full refund. Paid add-ons that come later aren't included.
Can I get my data out?
Always. Settings gives you every record as spreadsheet files, any time, on every plan, free.
