Move each renewal along as you work it: contacted, quoting, then renewed, won or lost. Renewed and lost drop off the list, so what's left is what still needs you.
Policies long past due right after an import usually renewed and just carry old dates. Book health lists them: roll them forward to their next renewal date, or open any that really lapsed and mark them lost.
