Your team
Inviting people, what each level can do, and several agencies.
Invite someone by email: they get a link to join, good for 14 days. If they already use Renewal Book with another agency, yours is added to their account, and they switch between agencies in Settings, Account.
- View-only: sees everything, changes nothing.
- Agent: works renewals, adds and edits clients and policies.
- Admin: also manages people, settings and billing.
- Owner: everything, including other owners.
No email for someone? Create an account without email instead, and give them the password it shows once.
